I have made a fresh package of r-gpg and am submitting it just by itself. I tried to use `git send-email' but that repeated failed for some reason resulting in a code 550. So, I'm including the patch as an attachment instead using my trusted Emacs mail configuration instead. I created the patch using `git format-patch` at least.
