* gnu/packages/version-control.scm (git-minimal)[arguments]: When using gcc >=
14, use "-Wno-implicit-function-declaration" in #:make-flags.
Use target-hurd? instead of comparing with "i586-pc-gnu" in "use-host-uname_S"
phase.
