* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-ebdb): Move emacs-org-roam from
propagated-inputs to inputs.  This is an optional dependency that would only
be used if the user is already using emacs-org-roam.

emacs-org-roam propagates emacs-magit which installs a bunch of keybindings and
made me unhappy.  This patch keeps me happy.  I installed this package on my
system with this change and everything still works great.
