  * guix/import/crate.scm (crate->guix-package)[find-package-version]:
Move to top-level.
[dependency-name+version+yanked]: Adjust.
(find-package-version): Take allow-yanked? argument.  Use (let) loop,
match, if instead of map, filter, min-element.
