Hi.
Updates to SBCL cause the rebuild of a lot of packages, so they are done
on a feature branch (the lisp-team branch) first, and then merged to the
master branch if all goes well.
Currently the lisp-team branch already has the SBCL 2.4.5 update. If you
want, you could test the branch and report any issues in
<https://issues.guix.gnu.org/71391>.
