  * gnu/packages/virtualization.scm (python-transient): Update to 0.25.
[source]: Switch to git-fetch to enable tests.
[arguments]{phases}: Refresh phase 'fix-dependencies.
[native-inputs]: Remove python-black, python-mypy, python-twine.  Add
python-pytest.
[propagated-inputs]: Replace python-lark by python-lark-parser.
