* gnu/packages/java.scm (java-openjfx-build)[source]: Use it.
* gnu/packages/patches/java-openjfx-build-swing-compile-JFXPanel-with-JDK-8.patch:
  New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
