* gnu/services/telephony.scm (jami-shepherd-services): Use
‘least-authority-wrapper’ for ‘dbus-daemon’.  Use ‘fork+exec-command’
instead of ‘make-forkexec-constructor/container’ in the ‘start’ method’.
Remove reference to (gnu build shepherd).
