* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (komikku): Update to 1.12.1.
---
Since Komikku 1.12.0 has a nasty bug, let's skip it and go to the next
release.

Komikku is a leaf package, it shouldn't affect openmpi at all.  Perhaps
that's a flaky package?

Following up on this:

This appears to indicate a broken (possibly corrupted?) input file.

At least one of the packages still builds locally, so I pushed the
change now.  Let's watch what CI does.

Oooh, Open MPI was failing for an unrelated reason, which Chris fixed in
9ae4846c502b75867b83180bb65d422ff838e4e6 last week.

So I guess it’s all fine?
