Hello,

sometimes new users get configure issues on foreign distros for not
using pure build environments, e.g.:

 http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/guix-devel/2019-05/msg00280.html

this is a tiny proposal to add "--pure" to the environment, it should be
legit on Guix systems too AFAIU
