* guix/utils.scm (find-definition-location): New procedure.
(find-definition-insertion-location): Define with it.
* guix/scripts/import.scm (import-as-definitions, guix-import): Support
expressions defined by 'define.

How about 'define-prefix' instead of 'definer'? It seems more
descriptive.
